These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of The Playbook: Football Coach ("the App"), developed by Biancamano Ventures LTD ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the App.
The Playbook Pro is an auto-renewing subscription offered in the following options:
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
If you take a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. If you create a team, you control who joins it through your team code and you are responsible for the content shared with that team. Team owners and admins can add, edit, and remove content for everyone on the team.
You own the plays, playbooks, formations, game plans, and practice plans you create. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and transmit it so the App's sync features work for you and your team.
You agree not to use the App to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to another team's data, or to interfere with the operation of the service. We may suspend access for accounts that violate these Terms.
Practice plans may contain links to third-party sites such as YouTube or Hudl. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of those sites.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as the App changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
